Persimmons Hatfield / Lumley living room layout

I am about to move into a persimmons Hatfield new build in about a months time, I know how I want all of the rooms but the living room is a real mystery as the show home didn't have a TV in it so it's hard to visualize I wondered if anyone on here lives in one of these designs (or a lumley which is the 4 bed version) and…

Measure it all, draw it out on paper to scale and cut out furniture then move it around until happy. I found it works out great for planning rooms
