They do. I've just been sent a text when I logged on from my phone instead of my desktop.16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter.             Yeah they do. Try logging in from another device or clearing cookies from your browser. It will prompt you to send code to email or mobile to login0

Do you have the choice of email or mobile? If so, you could simply opt for email verification - with the caveat email might be less reliable/slower than SMS.DennisTenus wrote: »Yeah they do.
