Three Data Passport Issues - Advice
Hi guys, posting here in the hope of finding some advice!
I’ve been in Canada for the past few days - I currently use a Three Sim Only pay monthly contract. Yesterday I bought the Data Passport for £5 no problem.
Today, I’ve tried purchasing again, and every time it says ‘transaction failed’. That’s fine, except I tried it multiple times as I needed data today. I also called them for five minutes in the hope of receiving advice and got zero help.
I’ve just received a text however saying that I’m nearing my Three credit limit. So whatever that is, the act of refreshing the Data Passport page multiple times and calling customer services for five minutes has racked up a seemingly enormous bill, which I can’t find out how much it is due to the situation I’m in!
Any advice from you guys at all? Slightly worried and O have no method of contact. Their customer services were useless and all I’ve done is try to purchase their products and potentially racked up a bill of hundreds of pounds!
Thanks a lot in advance. Quite frustrated here!

I should also add we are in need of data as well as advice in hoping to not pay this daft bill! Slightly rushed message this on my phone so apologies if slightly blunt, any advice would be enormously appreciated.0

Without knowing why the data purchase fails and wishing to avoid any further useless expense, I would abandon the Three SIM and get a local Canadian SIM with a data allowance to use instead. In fact I would have done this on arrival, finding the best choice in a shopping mall or convenience store.
Sort out the Three issues on your return, hopefully they will show goodwill if you explain it clearly and politely, and waive the costs incurred.Evolution, not revolution0
