It's important to understand what the BS, or indeed ISO, EN etc is. It is typically a broad statement of principles that should be followed in terms of procedures and approaches, exactly what those are and how they are applied is down to the individual institution. The BSI documents I have in my possession have identifying marks that state who the document was issued to. No one is going to give you this for free, and as such breach the terms of their purchase agreement. In fact, my Q manual is password protected as well.
