  • Go on the FOS website you will see it mentioned many times for sanctioning banks.

  • I'm now taking Nationwide to the FOS for refusing to assist in managing the case.
The banks pay total disregard for regulations, they're there to be ignored by sc um firms like NW (trust me i've had the last 1.5 years of dealing with them)

I will post regulations they fail to adhere to in relation to APP fraud later.

I have looked through all the decisions upheld against Nationwide since 2018 and can find nothing that matches the OP story.

Isn't that because it hasn't been upheld?

It's important to understand what the BS, or indeed ISO, EN etc is. It is typically a broad statement of principles that should be followed in terms of procedures and approaches, exactly what those are and how they are applied is down to the individual institution. So the principle is the bank has to have procedures and apply those correctly and consistently, it says little about what those procedures might be.

All i ask is for a copy of it.
  • Yes, buy a copy from BSI online shop it's £99, you will be breaching copyright otherwise.
  • Thanks NottinghamKnight, you seem to have a personality perfectly suited for webforums, though lack the ability to ATFQ.
If i buy a book and give it to someone it is not breaching copyright.
But publishing it on the internet without permission is.
Such a thing called a private message.

Couldnt find it in "not upheld" either, there are more in that category obviously.
