  • OK, I did get a letter though it doesn't have the appeals email address on it, it has a different email address on it, I take it I should send my appeal to the original email address that was on the slip on my car?
Or should I send it to the other email address?
It says on the original PCN on my car I need to appeal within 21 days, but I'm guessing that's rubbish, in theory, someone could have ripped the PCN off my car before I got to it or the driver of my car could just not have told me about it?

Anyway I take it I should send the appeal by email, I'm just confused by this.

"THE NAME AND POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE KEEPER (OR THE HIRER/LESSEE) GOES HERE. THE DRIVER IS NOT IDENTIFIED.

DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME HERE INSTEAD, IF YOU ARE NOT THE KEEPER/HIRER/LESSEE. YOU ARE NOT HELPING IF YOU DO THIS WRONG BY APPEALING IN THE WRONG NAME!"

When you say don't put your name, you mean do put your (the keeper's) name, but don't admit you're the driver?

Also according to this http://www.linkparking.co.uk/Appeals.html a copy of the original PCN must be included, do they mean an actual photo of it or do they mean just input the reference number?

If you mean "it won't make any difference whether I send my appeal within twenty-one days or not" then you are right.

Your appeal will be refused if it is late, and it will be rejected it it's not late.

Just out of interest, why has it taken you over three weeks to send an already written template appeal?

You send your appeal from The Keeper by whatever method it tells you to use on the NTK. This may or may not be email. Of course you need to include the name and address of The Keeper.
Remember, you are only responding to the NTK which may be the first The Keeper has heard about this, therefore you do exactly what the NTK tells The Keeper to do. Do not add anything from any other source.
Do not miss the appeal deadline.

Don't use the email address from the NTD if it is different from the one on the NTK, otherwise the scammers will know you have seen the NTD and may decide to use that against you.

It says in the newbies thread not to appeal a windscreen ticket from an IPC member until there has been a NTK sent in the mail.
