    Finally managed to get down to the store.
    Unfortunately they saying they're not going to do anything without receipts. I did say I'm going to their head office, the press and trading standards. Manager just said go ahead!

    I will be contacting said parties.
    I have appealed in the mean time to G24 using the standard template.

    Wow, you MUST pursue this.

    Homebase offered a variation of the 'parking contract' that they were not party to, and took MONEY from people telling them they could then park longer...when Homebase had no right to offer that and have caused people to get PCNs from the only PPC that's allowed to offer parking there!

    Awful, never heard of it. Trading Standards and Homebase CEO need to hear this.
