Buying phone from China
I am looking to buy a new phone and am deciding between a Huawei or Xioami phone.
Question is, will they phone work on UK networks when buying from China?

Warranty return to China .
Consumer Regulation see China regulations .
But many buy anyway based on price .0 -
As said above make sure it's got the B20 band (800Mhz), they usually refer to them as the Global version.
I've just bought a Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite 4/32GB from Gearbest myself, it took just 13 days to arrive from HK.0 -
Mines 6 months old , no issues . They are a reliable brand now
True I would have trouble returning but at that price against a Samsung or iPhone they are throwaway.

I am on my second Chinese phone, very cheap compared to the big brands available from UK suppliers.
It is also dual-SIM which is great as I spend half the year out of the UK.
Just Google "will my phone work" and it'll come up with a very useful website where you can check the model against country and network.0 -

No customs as shipped to you from UK, normally about a week if in stock.
Or a bit cheaper and probably does everything you need except heavy gaming:

Just make sure you use a credit card rather than debit card, or use paypal.0 -
64Gb version for £100 in grey or gold, use code GBMPS2C

Big fan of Xiaomi phones. Bought a Redmi Note 4 last year from AliExpress. I'm going to wait for the Poco F1 to drop in price and get that as my next phone.0
