Invoiced by insurance company

Options
Hi all,
My partner recently took out an insurance policy on her car and paid the whole year up front, with Diamond (a subsidiary of Admiral). In the last couple of days, she was sent mail from the company saying that they were going to debit an extra £200ish from her account. Now:
1) she was quoted one price and has paid the company the money; 2) she only gave her card details for the express purpose of one payment, so using those card details for a debit without her express consent is frau; and 3) there is no explanation as to why they are billing her for any extra money. She did not lie when she applied the quote and they didn't insinuate that any details she provided were incorrect. Has anyone got any advice on how to stop the money being wrongfully withdrawn, or any idea why they are looking to withdraw more money? We contacted the bank who said the only way to prevent her card details from being used would be to cancel her card. She also sent an email to Diamond saying that they had no right to do this and we are waiting for a response. Thanks
