 Here’s where I’m confused. I know I’ll not get any payment but it says you can if someone else makes payment to the landlord. My dad pays the rent so could that be classed as one of the criteria.
 As stated I know I won’t receive payment and that’s fine but it’s all very confusing.0

 If my dad gets Carers Allowance for my mum but not for me am I then eligible for SDP?0
