I moved house 3 months ago and am still waiting for Sky to activate broadband. I have been told that there is a fault and that openreach are fixing it but still nothing has happened. All I get is weekly updates from sky saying that there will be another update. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this quickly as 3 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

Nothing apart from you chasing your ISP .0

Unless changing to Virgin then changing ISP won't do anything if it's a problem with the Openreach network.0

You say 'activate' broadband, does that mean you have no phone or broadband ( you just don't care if the phone service works ) or you have phone service it's just the broadband that isn't working ?
TBH, if you have no service at all, then it's not asking too much for a Sky to let you know what the delay is and the estimated time to resolve it, you should ask Sky to tell you the problem , even if it's something that Openreach need to do0
