time of delay discrepancy

I took a screenshot of flight stats on arrival which stated 3hrs 39mins. The flight stats is the same as mine - ie door close to door open.
I did it on the MSE online tool and it said 2hrs 49mins
Who is right? who do the airlines use? re compensation

Did the doors open more than 3 hours late?

You are free to post on any thread already established, including the airline relevant to your claim, where we have already given you advice.
As a minimum you should download and read Vauban's guide as it will provide most, if not all the answers you require.
