time of delay discrepancy

I took a screenshot of flight stats on arrival which stated 3hrs 39mins. The flight stats is the same as mine - ie door close to door open.
I did it on the MSE online tool and it said 2hrs 49mins
Who is right? who do the airlines use? re compensation

You are free to post on any thread already established, including the airline relevant to your claim, where we have already given you advice.
