RFH could mean the Royal Festival Hall although I'm uncertain where you get RFH anyway as the OP posted "do not get a signal at ROYAL FREE HOSPITAL IN HAMPSTEAD" (their capitalisation)

I think that Royal Free Hampstead is Royal Free London - Google finds no Royal Free Hampstead and instead shows: https://www.royalfree.nhs.uk/

So, this hospital may now have WiFi and ID mobile supports certain phones for it. See if you have the right phone on ID network and enable the calling over WiFi settings.

Incoming calls, outgoing calls and texts should then work on WiFi only.

Good question, OP.

It’s not just ID and LYCA. AFAIK, mobiles are blocked at Edgware (part of Royal Free, I think). I even get a security warning which blocks any connection. Not sure whether this is from Three or my security software.

My answer is to walk a few yards outside, though obviously not suitable for bedside visits. Next time I’ll try the WiFi method via the Cloud.
