that IS the correct address, and yes their forms do look like sc@mmer forms
the government set up this civil service centre (like the DVLA in Swansea) and its manned by civil servants who have little or no legal training, they run the MCOL service in the NORTHAMPTON CCBC
there will be a claim ref for logging in on the bottom right, so join the GOV website, login and do the AOS online
the county court papers etc come later down the track when you have told the CCBC which is your nearest court
read the walkthrough by member BARGEPOLE first
ps:- you need to remove that linked pic as we can see personal info like the password on the bottom right
redact ALL personal info and references from it but leave the POC in as much as possible0 -
Ok I'm shocked that something this poor can be an official document.
Thanks for the advice.
As mentioned I never heard back from my replies so I'll get mounting a defence. It's a joke and a farce that the government let's things even go this far.
Will read both of your posts throughly and go from there
Thanks0 -
believe me , if you can login and complete the AOS online using that password on the bottom right, its the real deal
you can and should complain to your MP about this sc@m and the poor quality of the MCOL forms etc (austerity ? cutbacks ? who knows ?)
this is the current bill going through parliament , so also look at the videos where the MP,s condemned the private parking industry too

That unsee link in post #10 shows your full name and address.
You tear a little piece of card to cover your regn. no. but leave your full nae and address showing. Crazy!!0 -
hi, so ive done the AOS, and have time to get my defence done,
ive read the relevant posts from bargepole etc, and they give lots of info on what NOT to say, but not what TO say..
now since they never replied to my letter requesting the correct date, proof of signage, and proof of the car illegally parked etc, is this what i should mount in the defence?0 -
Guys, anything to say regarding my last post?
28 days is fast approaching
Thanks0 -
Sorry, youre expecting us to write a defence for you?
What have you done in the 2 weeks since? Read post 2 of the newbies thread, which has an example defence written by bargepole?
You cant sit on your hands hoping it will suddenly appear - show us what YOU think YOUR defence should say, FIRST.0 -
No I am not asking anyone to write my defence!
If yuh actually read my previous post you would see that Iisted some points that I was going to go along with,
And I was just seeking clarification that that is the correct sort of thing.
Not am arsey reply from someone who didn't even check whatt I asked.
Thanks0 -
Nope, I did check, but I was wondering why youre looking for a response now - after two weeks - and hadnt chased earlier, or shown us your draft defence by now.
I presume you have a draft defence? Or at least an outline? Youve read the bargepole example short defence to see what you think you can include?0 -
I still have 2 weeks to submit, and I work away a hell of a lot.
Again referencing my previous post. I listed some things that I am purely seeking clarification for on that these are the correct things to mention:
Incorrect date on lbc
No evidence provided even after request
Etc
Having never done this before I'm sure you can imagine this is quite daunting, therefore even seeking clarification for something simple like that can increase confidence to take on these cowboys appropriately.
I did not ask for a lecture on what I do with my time and to be belittled on what is supposed to be a helpful online forum.
