The DM or the Guardian's "Consumer Champions" are usually quite good at being bolshy with consumer complaints.urs sinserly,

Finally some progress, TSB have paid the original £500 compensation recommended by the adjudicator, four weeks after the set timeline, however the following is outstanding:
1. TSB due to system issues cannot correct my address.
2. As a result of point one I cannot receive my debit card as TSB won't issue it again knowing my address is wrong.
3. TSB have failed to pay the missing interest payments despite the adjudicator recommending this.
4. TSB have failed to pay the referral bonus despite the fact all requirements were met and the adjudicator recommended this be done.
5. For the late compliance by TSB the adjudicator recommended they make an additional compensatory payment of their choice which the adjudicator would review, TSB have declined this.
I may just close this off now as I've done as well as I can expect.0 -

Of course it is up to you what you do, and I would find what you have been through very stressful, but it would seem a pity if you called it quits now when TSB haven't resolved the outstanding issues after you have gone so far.
In the end it seems wrong that TSB should get off the hook because they have exhausted you into considering giving up.
For what it's worth I think you've been treated badly and I admire your tenacity in standing up to that.0 -

Then expect more?1. TSB due to system issues cannot correct my address.
Is utterly ridiculous? Does this mean that any TSB customer who moves house is doomed to have all their correspondence sent to their old address?

Why haven't you moved banks? I would have done so a long time ago. Poor service, vote with ones feet.0

The FOS adjudicator has asked to talk to me on Friday so we'll see what happens then.0
