Can we see the initial paperwork they issued to you please?
HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It looks like it's this lot http://www.parkingappeals.info/companydata/Car_Park_Services.html

Very little information on them indeed.
  • Yes CPS is the company you posted link for. So they are a valid company. They obtain details from DVLNI in order to issue against the owner of the vehicle. However have no proof of who was actually driving the vehicle before they issue their claim. I personally only received two letters not 4 as per their claim.

So they are a valid company
Not sure how you make that leap, just because they're in the BPA old boys network.

IMHO no parking firm is a 'valid company'; as you will have seen when you read the NEWBIES thread first, the entire industry was outed as operating an ''outrageous scam'' in a debate/Bill reading stage, in the House of Commons.

Show us the paperwork, please (cover your name and address). What do you mean you work outside of the jurisdiction? Do you mean this is a parking charge and event that happened on land in England or Wales?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
