Yes CPS is the company you posted link for. So they are a valid company. They obtain details from DVLNI in order to issue against the owner of the vehicle. However have no proof of who was actually driving the vehicle before they issue their claim. I personally only received two letters not 4 as per their claim.0

IMHO no parking firm is a 'valid company'; as you will have seen when you read the NEWBIES thread first, the entire industry was outed as operating an ''outrageous scam'' in a debate/Bill reading stage, in the House of Commons.
Show us the paperwork, please (cover your name and address). What do you mean you work outside of the jurisdiction? Do you mean this is a parking charge and event that happened on land in England or Wales?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
