Yet another nonsensical reply from Equifax. They have now told me they will update to a figure that was correct in May whilst the other agencies are up to date and reporting Jun, Jul & Aug. Told them to get their finger out or I will bring it up with the ICO. The only CRA problems I have had over the years have been with Equifax, the others seem to manage fine.0

Can't see you having a reason for ICO, especially as by the time you have exhausted Equifax complaint procedure it will likely to have been resolved. ICO will ignore it if you haven't made a formal complaint to Equifax rather than the "you need to sort t or I will tell mum" type moan0

They have now responded that it has moved to the next stage in their complaints procedure.
In the meantime my report has updated and is showing up to date to September. The problem now is that they have just slid the balances forward to fill the gaps, the Mar to Aug figures shown are actually Jan to May meaning my account shows worse than it was before they started playing around with it. :mad:0 -
When you get a final response, you can then escallate it0

They have now responded that they do not uphold my complaint as they have correctly reported the information they have received which is obviously !!!!!!!! as my report has now been corrected and is different to when I made the complaint and on following updates. At least it is now correct.0
