  • Today I found out that the deed was drawn up in 2001. For reasons unknown it was not registered. My fathers partner is supposedly completing the sale in 3-4 weeks. According to my brother she has been forthcoming and cooperative. Obviously I would be happier if my fathers name were on the deeds. She is acknowledging our fathers share so far. So what choice do we have but to trust her to have integrity and do the right thing in our fathers honour?
