Hi Folks,
Just going to fire off the initial appeal to a Parking Eye 12 minute overstay. Which name and address should i use in the online form, and which selection in the dropdown box for RK? Theres options for RK, driver (obviously not !) and a "none of the above" option.

Would post a pic of the form, but can't as a new user.

Thanks in advance!

If you are appealing you need to put your name and address.

If you are the Registered Keeper then put that, if not put other.

Be careful, these sites are designed to trap.

Ensure you tick RK and watch that the page does not refresh
or you click back as it will default
(Bit like the tick box saying you wanted PPI )

A 12 minute overstay is covered in the BPA CoP
    and is allowed

If Parking Eye reject the appeal, then you will be the
next one to complain to Steve Clark of the BPA
  • I am replying on behalf of the RK, so I will put "none of the above" if thats ok?

You can't appeal on behalf of the RK - well not without complicated transfers of authority. The RK must appeal (although you can do all the work), everything goes out under the RK's name, but you could put your address for service of documents purposes.

  • The RK appeals in their name, noone elses.
  • Cheers guys, What about this little chestnut - Theres an option to add up to 5 pieces of "evidence", and then you have to check a manditory box on the next page, reading:

"I confirm I have attached all supporting information available to me, and understand that I will be unable to provide any additional evidence at a later date, unless specifically requested by ParkingEye"

    Trap?

    What evidence have you got?

Means nothing - not true at POPLA stage, an appellant can add whatever they want.

Do not do this as a third party 'on behalf of' the rk. Stop complicating matters.

Fill it out as if you were them (I've done that more times than I can count).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
