Is this a fantastic deal?

I was until yesterday (Wednesday) with Virgin on the Vivid 50 deal paying £24 per month because I was on a rolling contract and had an email about a 2 pound price increase coming up I rang them up and said I want to leave because of the price increase, after giving them a sob story about how I could no longer afford fibre if my price went up the lady said she will upgrade me for free to the Vivid 100 MB fibre and my price will be fixed at £24 if I signed up to a 12 month contract. I accepted thinking it was a good deal.

Do the knowledge people on this forum think Vivid 100 for £24 per month for 12 months is a good deal or should I have bartered more? Ok

That sure is a good deal, did you negotiate that deal or were you offered it? I am in my cooling off period so if I can find a better offer online and show Virgin retention’s, they may give me an even better deal.

I negotiated it with them.....I only have broadband with them and I play the annual “ I’m leaving “ ploy...

So yes I’ve got a good deal,....but does require effort once a year to get it ...
