I've never heard of Gladrags charging someone's card without prior authorisation. I wonder if it's a card on a joint account, and the partner has paid a scamvoice without the poster being aware?

Ring your bank and see what's what before ringing someone you don't know even if they seemingly have access to your bank and have an approved payment to them. Speak to the fraud department.

To be fair a OPW won't know that. However they should have worked that out reading this thread - but we all know that this was merely a me too post and they never even read any of the previous posts.
