UKPC Parking "fine" appeal

No, you didn't have to pay unless the scammers went through the Act of Sederunt (Simple Procedure) in a Scottish court, and a Scottish judge said you had to pay.
UKPC were previously caught doctoring time stamps on their photo "evidence" which shows you what a disgusting, disgraceful bunch of scammers they are, and you paid them to continue their scam.I married my cousin. Obviously I didn't pay them to help them out. I paid them because their letters and threatens of court action are intimidating.
It's mad that people on a forum designed to help people can be so judgemental when things go wrong.
Thanks for all your "help" folks. You nailed it :money:0 -
You stopped posting six months ago then came back to tell us you had paid. You didn't ask for forum advice during that period.
We come here every day to try and hep people, and it is galling when we find out someone has given up and paid. It's your money to do with as you wish, but it's our time and knowledge we give up when we try to help. We can't get that back when things go wrong either.I married my cousin. I was asked what the outcome was six months later :rotfl:
It's not ideal that I didn't see the advice in time but you can rest easy in the knowledge that because of your kind advice, I've been able to deal with it properly the second time around.
I think that's a positive and I'm happy enough with that. If you're not then that's a real shame :beer:0
