Have you not had any paperwork at all? I applied last week & got debit card + other paperwork Saturday. I didn't want the 7 day switch, so asked for another day. So far so good.

I currently have an M&S Current account, and am thinking of switching to HSBC for the switch bonus, but don't know if that would make me ineligible for the bonus as M&S Bank is owned by HSBC. I can't see anything on the HSBC T&C's - has anyone made that switch?

If it's not ineligible in the T&Cs then it is eligible... and the T&Cs doesn't rule it out.
I haven't done it as I wanted the M&S 5% reg saver..
..so I set up & switched a donor.
