Last concert I went to was the tweenies! I know, I know, you're all really jealous.
I've had 'one of those days' - DS sent home from school with a 'head injury'. It was self inflicted in that he ran into the school wall. Bless him! NOT!
Our dog is being sick again. Very sick. This happens every so often and last time she ended up on a drip for two days so i'm going to keep her off food until tomorrow and hope she perks up.
I wish my parents would grow up! They're in their 80s but i've had my mum round her moaning about my dad being obsessively tidy and my dad phoning me moaning about my mum being so messy. They were going on and on and on. I'm taking the phone off the hook and buying a bottle of wine on the way home from the brownie run. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh! Parents can be so annoying!
Still need to do some more flying. Spent most of the day cleaning up dog sick and washing towels covered in dog sick. Oh joy. If any of you want to see my tweenie photos feel free to ask!!!!! xxJanuary budget

Well went to DS school nursery today with DD. He was so sweet [STRIKE]dragging[/STRIKE] taking DD to all the tables and playing with her, even though she was more than happy to be playing with the sand and water and doing some gluing
Well haven't really got around to doing much this afternoon but I know that DH is coming round with some more stuff that has been in storage round MIL. Hoping I can just recycle or give to charity shops as I don't want to have to figure out where to put any more [STRIKE]rubbish[/STRIKE] stuff.
Wacky Wednesday - those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
Level One
Vacuum the floor, even if it's just where you can see Need to get a bucket and give those wooden floors a wipe
[STRIKE]Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself!!!!! paint your nails, make an appointment to have your hair done, a lovely soak in the bath.. whatever you feel like!![/STRIKE] This was easy-still on here oppps
Level Two
[STRIKE]Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!![/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
[/STRIKE]Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
Extra Task List
Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
Deep Clean Challenge
Sort the book shelves.. and toy boxes.. what can be flung? we are making room for those lovely new things Santa will be bringing soon if we are all being good boys and girls!!.. So get rid of all the things that are no longer required! Just keep flinging, just keep flinging!!January Grocery 11/3740 -

Evening, first chance of loggin on so haven't caught up much yet, sounds like your training day went well pigpen, something I'll probably miss now I am no longer a governor.
Well a few more boxes sorted through today, another 2 bags filled and flung, probably a 127 fling boogie there. Went to see little Matthew this morning while DP was at his appointment and had a snuggle, he's lovely, but noisey, even when he's asleep! He's playing his Mam up a bit but like I and his Mam said he really doesn't know the difference between night and day yet, there is always lights on and people about in the hospital etc, nurses picking him up for a snuggle all the time etc it's going to be strange for him. His Mam is not soft with him, knows it's bad for Mam and baby so sure she'll have him sorted soon hopefully.
DS2 starts his new football training tonight which he is really looking forward to, will give me some time to spend with DS1, he's sat ready with shorts on, think I might just pop his tracksuit bottoms in the bag as it isn't really shorts weather!
Flying from schedule not done much, DS2s floor is clear, need to clear DS1s, think he's been looking for something as half his wardrobe is on his floor. Will vacuum them tomorrow when I do my room. Have done dailies inc vacuum throughout downstairs etc, going to do night time stuff in a mo, something I didn't do at first when we moved but boy did I regret it.
Oh darn it I just remembered our bed linen is still in the washing machine, oh pooo! Right, time to drag it out and throw it in the TD.
Oh and concerts, last few I went to but was also working at some of them - G4, Tina Turner (The last one she did and it was great) Toto were on there aswell, Terrorvision - fun dancing to Tequilla with them on the balcony while another band sang it
LJD1 ((hugs)) sounds like you have had one of those days, my parents are like that at the mo, mid way through divorce but having to live in the same house, drive me mad.
Kaz hope everything goes ok tomorrow, will be thinking of youOne day I might be more organised...........

Evening everyone!
Just got back from my second day of supply with Year 6, and it went a lot better today as a few were away, and the children were also used to me and what I expected of them. The morning went really well, but a few of them kicked off in the afternoon, so they lost 5 minutes of the game time (educational ones of course) I had promised them at the end of IT if they worked hard.
I wouldn't have suspended the girl who stamped on me either, but it was taken out of my hands by the head and one of the other members of staff, so I didn't really have much say in the matter. Apparently she had thrown a chair at the head before, so I think it was because she had been violent to a member of staff again, that she was suspended. The TA kept on commenting that it was a lot nicer without her there, which I thought was a bit harsh, but I suppose it is always left to her to work with her, so I expect she was a bit fed up.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Some tips on here for the laminate flooring http://torque.oncloud8.com/archives/000572.html
I love the comment on the bottomHint:
Do not store OVEN CLEANER & FURNATURE POLISH next to each other.
Grabbing the wrong can would get you a new set of COFFIE TABLES before your WIFE gets home.

There is a laminate floor cleaning stuff you add to water in most £ shops which works well. I find Stardrops makes it sticky.
Well DS2s gone, sent Dad to get cold with him, DS1 and I had a small talk then he decided he wanted me to shut up, oh well, was nice while it lasted. Our bottom sheets now dry, TD on with pillow cases and some clothes as I realised they were not even washed and I'd left them upstairs, not having a good day! Dreaded sock sorting to do next......I hate sock sorting!!!!One day I might be more organised...........
