  • Morning folks. Quick one from me to say hello.

hugs to Kaz - things can only get better.

I have had a busy morning already. Awake since 5:15. Up early with DS. Pack up made and i have managed to get a load through the WM. Just got some mince out the freezer for dinner. Will have that with some courgettes, leek and sweet potato.

DH informs me he will be late in again tonight. It was 9 last night and he could hardly be much later. I hate this time of year. He is then as much use as a chocolate fireguard as he is never here and always working.

Will need to be super-organised this evening if i am supposed to be doing everything.

Right, best go and start getting me and Charlie ready to leave the house. I may need to bath him as he had jam on his toast and has a rather interesting stuck up look at the moment. Will see if i can comb it out first.

See you all later ladies. Thanks for making me smile Pigpen. ;)

DP upstairs shaving his leg :rotfl: taking him to get his tattoo in a bit, he's still not decided what colour he wants. Going to drop some stuff off at my sisters for my nephew while he is busy there. Well after I have stayed and laughed for a bit as he'll be in pain! Right must dash, hugs to all, especially kaz ((hugs)) will hopefully catch up later. Congratulations Julie!

Have been trying to ring my local GAME for past 20 mins to see if they have any Nintendo Wii's in as they told me they were getting some, but engaged so far so no doubt there won't be any by the time I get through:mad:

    Morning all :hello:

Went to the fireworks display last night and were an hour early as OH thought we wouldn't get a parking space so we ended up at the front again :D Got home earlier as well as parking/road access was a little better planned this year - they only let people park on one side of the road (instead of both) and they blocked parts of the road off to stop any particular exit getting completely congested (there is basically a ringroad around this park - Wikipedia even has a page on it here ) so instead of getting in at 10pm like last year, it was about 8.30 :D:j DD was shattered so went straight to bed and I immediately put all 200 photos I'd taken on the computer :rotfl: Now the 42 decent ones are on Facebook :D Only downside to the whole night (apart from being frozen!) was that some idiots set off fireworks IN THE CROWD  so there were rockets & I don't know what else whizzing around and exploding at kids level.:mad: Fortunately as we were at the very front we were lucky enough to keep out of the way :)

I've got to wait in today for OH's new phone to be delivered (9.30-3 ) so I'm going to take it easy but still crack on with the jobs if that makes sense :rotfl:

Oh hell! OH has just rang to say his Aunty is going into hospital TODAY for a major operation to remove her soft palatte () - the hospital think she might have cancer   He only found out this morning :( I've just dug out a card to send which OH will write out tonight, but what makes matters worse is that it is her birthday on Thursday and not long ago she had another major operation to correct something to do with her hip and was making fantastic progress :( Its less than 50 days to Christmas and the jinx that seems to be on us has kicked in again this year  I just don't believe it.

Well thats completely thrown me now. I think I'm going to go and play a game until my brain kicks back in  I'll try to kick start it with a mug of chocolate ovaltine & a mince pie (or two ) ;)

I have done some dailies...:p

    Morning All

Not a lot done here yet apart from the pack ups, breakfast getting dressed and littles to school/nursery rush.

Thought i would start with a cuppa, pop some music on and get cracking but needed to check what todays list was (well thats my excuse:D )

Hugs to Kaz - I honestly thought having kids would be the most wonderful thing in the world, and it is apart from all the sleepless nights, screaming, crying and general horribleness that goes with them too! Keep your chin up hun!

Pigpen - What can i say, just classic you!:rotfl:

Wondering whether to bike to collect DD2 today, nearly killed me coming home with her on the back last time. Think it took me the same time as walking to get home as had to keep stopping to answer her questions.

I guess I had best get on.........but what music to choose???
