Cheap Tmobile PAYG needed

I bought a my brother a new mobile for his birthday came with £10 credit on the SIM. Unfortunately the phone was stolen a few days later. However he hadn't put his new sim in the phone as he was still using up his last few pennies on the old sim.
I'm trying to find a cheap replacement for him but they although a lot of them appear cheap at first they then want to you to purchase £10 credit in order to get the offer price.
Anyone spotted any decent offers? Don't mind reconditioned.

You can transfer the £10 credit on to your old sim.

Edited: To expand on the above, because some people are a tad dim, if you have to buy credit with the new PAYG phone, you can transfer this credit on to your old sim.

He still has the new sim with £10 credit just needs a new phone to put it in. It's the phone with the old sim that's been stolen.

So he buys a new phone with another T Mobile sim, and transfers the credit from that sim on to the one he wants to use!

I just bought a Nokia 1600 (they also have the 2310) for £14.99 with next day free delivery direct from the T-Mobile website. If you go through Quidco you get £10 back. Bargain!

It sounds like they are sure, if you aren't sure have a look on quidco to put your mind at rest.
