    Remember unless theyc an PROVE you behaved unreaosnably they dont get ANY costs at all. None.
    CPR27.14 - you must have this to hand. Its how YOU will argue they have been unreasonable as well, I trust?!

    Lol he tried asking me all about my case and then asked if I wanted to put forward an offer to settle - I politely declined! Bully boy tactics and I will not stand for it!!!

    The usher just came to us and said there has been no Evidence filed - I had a copy for the judge all labelled and bound ready to hand over (even though this had been pre posted) and the guy from scs (think his name is Richard) fumbled around and gave him the contents of his whole file, unbound. And that looked like his only copy!

    he did hand me a piece of paper with all his evidence schedule on there - shall I hand it back to him?

    Did you have it before?  If not and it might affect your case, advise the judge when you go in that claimant has ambushed you as you weren't served it on time.  If it will make no difference to the outcome of the case, then keep it on the back burner.
