Hi everyone
Just looking for some sound advice for a friend who has around a month ago received a few tickets from Indigo. These tickets also come under the bylaw as they were parking at a train station car park.
They believed to have parking as there work place pays for it but was never renewed when it expired.
Now they haven't contacted indigo in anyway but they have just received a some letters from ZZPS with more threating words and a bigger fine.
I was wondering what is the best actions to take from here for my friend? Continue to ignore?
Thanks

ZZPS are Indigo's favourite money scammers who have less
clout than a dead spider ...... IGNORE THEM

Byelaw cases fade away after 6 months so whilst you
ignore ZZPS, IT'S NOW A GAME of waiting and ping pong

Indeed, the main thing with Byelaws is to time out at 6 momths. There cannot be a threat of mag court then.0

There is a specific Q&A in the sticky thread covering Indigo at railways.
No need for any other posts, nothing else needs to be asked that's not shown there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
