Jet 2 customer service

After a minor complaint to jet2 about not getting a taxi transfer that i pre-paid and having to pay an extra €50 for, I have been dealt with very rudely by the ‘customer service executive’ who more or less accused me of lying and turned our exchange into a playground argument, I want to complain about him. I no longer care about the money, I just want to complain about how I’ve been dealt with. Does anyone know who I can contact?

There's a whole section on their website headed Our Complaints Process.

    The CEO.

I recommend you make you email polite and measured, rants and raves are counter productive.

Worked for me in the past.

I'd second that. As you have already submitted a complaint initially there's no point in complaining about the complaints department to the complaints department is there?

However, as you have already alluded to having a "playground argument" with someone in complaints I'm not sure how well it will be received :)

Thanks for the help - I was polite with him, using language such as can i just point out that the taxi was late etc, while he actually replied ‘well the taxi was on time and you did etc....’. I would have just given up had he just said ‘unfortunately our info etc.’ Instead he inferred that I am lying. I will not reply to him or it will turn into a playground squabble. It hasn’t yet!!!

  • So, in essence, it's an issue about the taxi turning up in the designated location at the appointed time ?

Jet2 appear to be saying that you were either late and/or not at the correct place.

If they are contradicting you then you need to question the source of their information.

I have twice raised issues with Jet2 and have been very satisfied with the professional way these were addressed, and the favourable outcome. Likewise a close family member had a similar experience.

I work overseas for a Tour Operator and and can track all our taxi's via GPS , I'd have thought that Jet2's ground handler had the same capability, thus can be certain of their info?
