    It actually wasnt reversed into, he reversed into a space, but as driving forward to get off the carpark, our rearend clipped the car on our right hand side, as was a tight swing off due to way cars had been parked.
    So he reversed in OK, but failed to take account of the overhang as he turned out...

  • I don't know but it could be on a road - the OP said "car park" which could be private land.

    Could be a public place but there's no need for tax.

    He's knackered anyway as it needs tax or sorn no matter where it is.

    I drive lorries with rear overhangs way in excess of any camper van especially when I was transporting wind turbine masts and blades, I stand by what I said.
