So FYI update. I spoke to a lawyer today he was very good and from a medium to large company. They have a fixed fee for all correspondence outside of court. £350+Vat so around £420. They claim to have around 70% out of court settlement rate. He was confident this would be a simple case however did mention big companies may try to bully an individual in there initial response. Fingers crossed it will be dealt with amicably.

I've read the thread and I'm still unsure as to what the problem is. Are BH Finance trying to reclaim the vehicle?

At this point i have had no correspondence from BH I'm awaiting a reply i was more looking for advice on where I stand and my rights as an innocent purchaser.

Your rights are that you are the owner of the vehicle. Is the V5C in your name?

Yes the V5 is in my name.

Seems like a waste of money at this stage.

Sorry maybe didn't make it clear. At this stage i am waiting for BH to respond. If there is a positive response i haven't spent a penny. If the response is negative i have already sought legal advice ant have a lawyer on standby awaiting instruction.
