morning campers..;). i have sort of sinned but not with my money..spent £60 down the pubs yesterday, aint too bad really for two of us...i was given £100 to go out drinking, on the condition that i would by a few rounds, well, an offer i couldnt refuse wasnt it
.. so i do sort of feel guilty for spending that much, but it was fun. also i had £40 for shopping today, so everyones a winner
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.0 -
I've been pretty good this week. I spent under budget on the groceries and the new bits of makeup I bought, came from piggy vouchers, so a freebie. I also had 5 NSDs this week which about matches my total for the year, so I'm happy.
Last night I signed up to Vonage because hubby has got some world tours coming up, so we need cheap calls. I bought the phone thing which cost £69. I also spent £130 on stuff for the new business.
Pretty good for me eh!:A

Hmmmmm........
Spent a tenner on a wedding present for my friend's daughter yesterday, and spent another tenner buying new jeans for DS to wear to the do last night cos I hadn't ironed any for him (!), then about twenty quid on drinks and taxis and didn't even enjoy the do!
Had fish n chips on the way home from work on Friday cos I felt a bit down
Spent £13.50 on Avon stuff that I didn't need
Spent about a tenner the other night on cokes at a gig (I was driving)
Spent far too much on Xmas pressies, making my ovedraft bigger (again)
*sighs*

Bought xmas and birthday presents off ebay using debt savings instead of xmas savings (Which we haven't got any of yet :rotfl:)
There was me thinking I'd been a good girl.

spent too much on christmas presents and being in denial about how much I'm spending - thought it was only £30 this week, but in fact there is another £7 on top of that from yesterday AND £26 from last weekend. Whoops. Need to be careful as this little pot of money won't last forever and I'm meant to be saving it....I do love Christmas though!CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Where do I start.............
Maybe not too bad - £76 to pay a plumber to repair some substandard work that we had done a month ago:mad: We hope to get it back from the first plumber that bodged the job in the beginning and now we've found another fault and can't use one of the toilets:mad:  Thank goodness for British Gas service (that I was going to cancel £29 per month we have had for ages) they are sorting out this *new* problem so hopefully it won't cost us any more.
Had my degree graduation this week and had to buy some new trousers and shirt - £30 plus a nice neckless to wear with it £6 all from tesco = total cost £36:rotfl:...............and then I bought some graduation photos £40:eek:
Crap! it's been an expensive week......again:oDebtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -
My Christmas pressie spending is up to £421!! And I don't even have any children!! I've gone for the get-a-big-present-for-three-people from "the both of us" approach. I think I've spent less than last year because of it. I've nearly done though, thank goodness. Please continue to hold the line. Your call is very important to us and will be answered by next available robot...0
