Firstly, Thanks for your replies. I initially approached the retailer, who said that they had nothing to do with the car parking and the land was not theirs. Wondering if it is worth it - last time I went into the shop.

Surely you learnt from the link in the NEWBIES thread to 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS' that in fact at a multi-store retail park it's not the shop you need to complain to.

Please read what the sticky thread says about this, it is easy to find out who to complain to.

Before you get to POPLA stage (i.e. now) please can you contact a Board Guide like Soolin, Crabman or Fermi, and ask them to please, please (for our sake) amalgamate your threads about this single ticket. Please. And no new one at POPLA stage...

Dear Coupon Mad - I was not aware that when CONTACT THE RETAILER was suggested it wasn't the shop - I will try to find out who to contact! As for combining threads - I have just added to my thread that I started. I have not posted on any of the others (which I have attempted to delete) as I was told these would just be allowed to die off. So So Sorry that I am not as computer savvy as your good self - And I have no intention of starting a new thread at Popla Stage!

Once again - your help comes with criticism - seems to be a pattern on this forum

BUT THE LINK 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS' TELLS EVERYONE EXACTLY THAT FACT - TO BE FAIR, IT'S PRETTY OBVIOUS AND I'M AMAZED PEOPLE DON'T WORK THIS OUT AND JUST CONTACT THE RETAIL PARK, AS YOU WOULD.

Sorry, no intention to shout - Caps lock, darn!

    :)

Just googled the retail park which after much searching took me to something that looks like a huge company site. I will email them; you never know one of the besuited professionals on the site might be bothered enough to write back.

I had the same thoughts when complaining to an international company that managed a small (very small!) row of shops plus the car park that served them. But to my amazement they a) forwarded my initial email to the person I should have emailed in the first place, and b) the relevant manager then responded politely and, indeed, obligingly!

Go for it, this is a tried and tested route to take (while preparing for the other routes if necessary!)
