URGENT problem!

Help!
I've entered new income figures on my Credit Club profile - but have entered the wrong figures in error. The new figures are far too low!
Tonight MSE will automatically send the new figures through to Experian - they will probably drastically reduce my Credit Score in error!
How can I contact MSE URGENTLY to ask them to delete the changes I made today?

Hi Graham1998 and welcome to the forum
You can edit the figures by left clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting 'settings'
Edit: And don't worry about your score. Lenders don't see the score and they don't use the score either!I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Thanks for your help.
I have now updated them to the correct figures but this is also the same process as I used for the incorrect update earlier today. So I'm not sure which figures will prevail or go through to Experian. Particularly as I emailed 'creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com' earlier today asking them to cancel my edits from today!0 -
Hi!
If you email Credit Club again to update them you'll have the opportunity to cancel your request.Could you do with a Money Makeover?

Thanks for your help Andrea.
Do you mean I should reply to the email they sent me acknowledging my earlier email? Or send them a completely new email?0 -
Any information you provide to MSE Credit club does not get provided to Experian. Information about income, expenditure, etc is used solely for the eligibility calculators on the MSE site, and does not affect your credit file. You can contact MSE credit club by email to correct any information, but I get an opportunity to update my information basically every time I log in so I would expect you should be able to correct this yourself.
Also, if you read around the forums you will quickly start to learn that your credit SCORE as provided by any of the CRAs is meaningless. Each lender will generate their own score based on the contents of your credit file, so what matters most is your credit HISTORY.
Ignore any reference to improving your "score", but pay attention to the parts about what does and does not affect your file, and some tips for improving your history in the link below:

The figures are only to work out the affodability calculators.

Thanks for your help Andrea.

Hi Graham
If you can reply to the acknowledgement that will keep all emails from you together in the system so they can read all your messages.Could you do with a Money Makeover?
