  • I read a survey that said that 90% of male homeowners that bray about house prices on the internet married their first GF, it didn`t mention "homeowners" (mortgage debt holders) though.

If only you was honest enough to give Jane an honest list of the downfalls of renting that you are now stuck with, and like moist internet renters they claim to have a pot of gold stashed away. Their kids, if by some miracle are in a marriage, are never accepted in the local community, the stigma towards these people is tangible. Mental health problems, domestic violence rife, the HB areas that many renters that many to end up in breeds a ghetto atmosphere that is just horrible, no community because they are moving all the time in a feral type of lifestyle, and the most perverse thing of all when you weigh up all the costs it is far more expensive living this lifestyle over a lifetime, I have actually seen many times renters not emptying boxes and suitcases because they know they will be on the move again.

Horrible horrible people and lifestyles, just read the posts off of some of them on here, they reek of bitterness and envy and a wish to end the happiness of so many decent people in the UK. That's what Corbyn's new politics are all about now, not making a better world, but making a world where they have everyone living a nightmare life with them having the benefit of having got used to it, they would prefer that.

Corbyn is tapping into the disenfranchisement caused by the GFC and the policies adopted to rectify the situation. The wealth divide is now the greatest since the period 1935-1940. The rise of extremist political views is hardly surprising. Nor will people care about Corbyn's more dangerous views. If there's a tangible benefit to them in getting him elected as PM.

Wow that is some tirade. Did you proof read before you posted as the anger and spittle is tangible from the number of grammatical errors in your posting. You must be really foaming at the mouth, seems the bitterness and envy is not only with others.

That must be a massive paint brush you have to cover all those stereotypes.

    No

He , you and plenty of others on the left are tapping into the normal distribution of human misery and blaming that on free market capitalism

Any objective look at the world shows that the system of free trade free market capitalism is improving lives at a rate almost unimaginable

As I keep saying, over the next 20 years 1 billion new homes will be built that is a billion (mostly poorer) people who currently do not have good homes will have good homes. Do you really think you can build a different system that can produce such additional wealth and well being so quickly?

Only a fool would put a risk such a great economic system. Actually not just fools also people who are happy to burn down a billion homes and lives so they can take power for themselves. Those people are not fools they are just evil and they need a following of fools to help them burn the system down
  • Moist internet renters, eh? The mind boggles.

  • A few of you might be overly PC and be critical of me, but 100% of you know I am speaking the truth about renters. They are at very least despised from Government to the local people whose streets they live on, they even despise themselves in most cases as they relish the downfall of superior homeowners.

Most homeowners this weekend never visited rental homes to socialise or allowed their kids to play with kids from rental estates, I don't want my children brainwashed with subliminal failure and doom and gloom. This weekend we had a big get together come property investment meeting at my home, there was a serious note to it but it just reeked of joy and smiles and just nice family orientated people who just embrace the future, we packed up the business side late afternoon and watched the football instead over a few beers. The BTL's can take care of themselves most of the time so why sweat, I just cannot imagine knocking about with any loser that rented, YOU ALL KNOW I AM SPEAKING THE TRUTH.

We have £100,000's in property equity now, come next May we are going to release just a tiny amount of that and go on a European and then US holiday of a lifetime for 3 month, it will not even make a dent. We worked so hard to get the mortgages and tenants and then keep an close eye on them all the time, to have people come onto sites like this and HPC.com and want to destroy my families good fortune is as about as sick as it comes, this sort of envy never happens in the USA.

Anyway, just buy property, you might have to odd little blip, but you will be glad you did.

most private renters only rent privately for the short term, it is a tenure with high turnover as they go from renting to buying.

Some 80% of private renters buy or get given social only some 20% rent for more than 10 years and even 10 years is not that long considering a lot of private renters start renting age 18
