Is it best to send a letter or email?0

If they're doing a "summer offer" then it's likely to be Statute Barred and they are just after some cash to clear it on their records.
Send the Statute-Barred letter - post or email is fine - if you post it send it recorded delivery0 -
I would say by registered/recorded mail.0

I have sent an email and I have received an automated message saying they have received it. I guess this will be easy for me to show as proof than sending a recorded mail. If they fail to respond then I will go ahead and post the letter too. Thanks for the help guys.0
