Converting $600 USA dollars back to pounds- Where to exchange?

Where is the best place to exchange dollars from the USA back into pound sterling,
so that we get most amount of £ in pounds?
where you would get the most £ in pounds?
(an exchange place which have a low currency exchange fee)
eg, M&S currency exchange? Post office?
(am happy to travel to the place, if it gives a better rate)
Where did you go recently to convert money Back into pounds?
and the other question, is it a good time now to exchange dollars Back into pound sterling?
(ie is it a good rate now, compared to weeks/months ago) ?
Cheers

sell it to someone who wants some dollars will get you the best rate.
you will get a poor rate at any exchange place
it doesnt matter wether it was good or bad a few weeks/months ago and no one can predict the fiture0 -
I've been looking into this too, I've found about a £40 difference between the Post Office & doing it by post. I think I'll see if my mate wants it!Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

MSE have a tool for comparing buy-back rates:
https://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/buy-back
If you're in/near London then Best Foreign Exchange are good, pre-book online then go to a store.
Nobody can predict what exchange rates are going to do in future, especially given Trump and Brexit.0
