universal credit - report a change

Hi,
I've tried to report a change on my online account but couldn't find the relevant link. I tried to call the UC helpline but gave up after 35 minutes.
I need to report that a child is no longer in full time education. I couldn't see this option online. Is it there and if so where is it!?!
If it is unavailable on the online account is there a postal address to send a letter to?
thanks,
