Why would you confirm YOUR NAME when someone calsl you?!
You have no idea who they are
They can be lying
If someone calls you, require THEM to prove their identity and what they have in connection to you first.0 -
Don't blame you for terminating the call, scammers are to be ignored
QDR are a cheapo spin off of the shamed Wright Hassall
ZZPS cannot instruct and she is wasting her time thinking that she is acting on behalf of ZZPS, so she lied. Only the parking company can do that .... ZZPS are simply moron debt collectors
You are in Scotland so ignore the scammers and never ever name the driver
Thanks - I will never name the driver, well schooled.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -

How sure are you that it was QDR (rhetorical question)?Today however I got a call from QDR solicitors
She then said she was acting on behalf of ZZPS Ltd
Debt collectors are well know for sending out their own debt collector letters on solicitors' letterheads - amazing how many are fooled by that scam. This may just be a variant! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
