  • I was away for only one weekend and have just had to blitz the bathroom, kitchen is next. I do not want to describe the state of it all, you will have to imagine the squalor.

And the sitting room is not much better.

My OH got me a nice phone from Evilbay and I have managed to configure the code to get voice mails to the number of the speaking clock. So no idea who has phoned me. I had no idea that 1234 was that, I just thought it would be easy to remember, now I'm going to have to look it up. Total klutz moment.
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back
  • Sister in Law and her hubby called in yesterday as they are up from Devon for various appointments. I invited DS2 and family to join us for lunch. I enjoyed it very much but was absolutely shattered after they left. This the final week of my 3 week cycle of chemo and then thankfully a week off to recover. It is a scary business living on your own and feeling wretched. I have managed to sort the freezer out this morning so I think the rest of the day will be reading/knitting.
  • Quick pop in.:D

Have enjoyed reading posts about lovely weekends :D

Gentle (((hugs))) to all the poorlies & carers of poorlies - especially the TAs

The no sleep Saturday night caught up with me & I didn’t get up until 12:30 today
Started a new project though - cleared the tops of the wardrobes & am now cleaning & allocating items to new homes - I can see a CS visit in my future :D

Hope everyone has a good Monday - what is left of it :D
