Thanks Denise, we had a brilliant time :)

I was really good, as lots of salad/fruit/vegetable options, but I've still managed to put on 2lb - I think that was mainly vodka and the enormous slice of chocolate cake that jumped on to my plate on the last night :rotfl:

Thanks for the new thread and for putting me on the chart. I didn't weigh last week (didn't have to as target member) but I am going this Friday and I'll let you know then how I get on.
    Today's plan is
    B banana
    L LO veg casserole
D warm goats cheese and bacon salad with balsamic glaze and croutons (both Hex's and 6 syns for dressing and extra goat cheese)
    Snacks orange, kiwi and grapes.

Hope everyone is ok and I'll check back in this evening.

Well done Sunflower on being this week’s SOTW.

We’ll be having another SW friendly dinner tonight. Am going to add some hard boiled eggs and extra curry powder to the veggie dhansak from the other night. Was a bit too mild for us but wasn’t too bad but unfortunately not enough left to have without something extra added to it.

Will boil an extra couple of eggs to have with our salad tomorrow lunchtime.

    Thanks so much chris. :A

Strange not to hear from kathrynha. Hope you're OK if you're lurking.

Heard on the radio earlier that Jamie Oliver has signed up with Tesco. Some recipes look like they'd adapt well to SW.

DH has to go out this evening so we'll be eating about 2 hours earlier. Generally I never snack in the evening but tonight might be an exception!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, LO fried veg (mostly Speed) and pickled cabbage
D: sweet potato jacket with veggie chilli and cottage cheese
    Syns: None:).

Just had a quick look at a couple of the recipes and you're right they can easily be adapted to be SW friendly.
