in Parking tickets, fines & parking
i have received the following letter from QDR solicitors, please advise if i should pay this. also if this has been covered somewhere before please direct me to it.

the letter states that it is a formal letter of claim, pursuant to pre-action protocol for debt claims.

    But does it comply with the new protocol ??

    They have provided statements from bank parking ltd which details when the original ticket was given etc. They are now demanding £320 for two tickets.

    A statement is not proof

    Pictures ..... signage ---- a full breakdown of the £320 ???

    They MUST prove their claim to you, that is what the
    new protocol is all about.

    QDR are a spin off of Wright Hassall solicitors
    Getting involved with the parking scam is up their alley

    the car was parked on a kerb outside an empty building which was previously rented out.

    do i respond or wait for a court letter.
