parking event: unauthorised parking.
then there is a break down of the amount owed which totals to £160x2
There is no signage or pictures provided.
The signs on the building where i parked state that this is a car park but in fact it is not a car park, they company manages a car park which is directly next to the building and they have used the same signs on the empty buildings.0 -

the extra £60 x 2

The £60 is a try on and not part of any claim
As you have to reply to the LBA, you need to place
the £60 x 2 in dispute and request written proof of
what Contractual charge and proof of any admin fee
Judges have already ruled that such costs are normal
business costs and cannot be claimed

- vehicles must not parkin reserved bays without authority
- vehicles must not cause an obstruction or park outside the marked bay

if a parking charge is not paid the vehicle owner details may be requested from the DVLA, be entering and remaining this property, you have agreed to pay the parking charge of £100 within 28 days, reduced to £60 if paid within 14days, if payment is not received within 28 days then additional costs will be added, included any costs incurred through debt recovery actions/or court enforcement0
