Your opinion with o2 and E65

All the moneysavingexpert's out there I would like your opinion on something:

I've had problems with the Nokia E65 in preceeding months and the first time round they 'sent it away' to 'fix' it only to have the problem come back. I gave it back to them only for them to send it away (again) to 'fix' it. Only to say they can't fix it and they gave me a new E65. A month on the phone sometimes randomly seems to crashes and restarts, often during a call. Sometimes it comes up with 'Phone Start up failed contact supplier' only to keep restarting it and it to start up again which takes more than 30 seconds. You can hear a faint buzzing when the keypad lights up, which scares me as I think it may blow up and the paint has started to peel off. Every time I use it I have to wash my hands afterwards to get rid of the peeling paint.
DO you think I will get a new N95 if I complain or just another dodgy E65.
Any feedback from people who work for o2 will be appreciated. Thanks!

if it says phone start up failed contact supplier just hold down the pencil key, then when your phone has booted, type *#7370# then enter 12345 as security code and leave for 10 mins and come back to a fixed phone.
