The day Zenith admitted they had ruined my windows

Some updates on the long running Zenith ruined my windows saga!

After a report of my windows by another firm and then insisting that another Zenith fitting manager attend my house whilst he was there they admitted they fitted the wrong profile windows to my property. Also, that the Slicone used to fix the outside mouldings to the brickwork will be hard to remove and that there are nowhere near enough fittings and that two of the windows have sagged at the top.

Question? Does this invalidate my contract with them? If so I can go ahead and get anther firm to refit the windows? They have not apologised just say the windows can be refitted and no new contract.

Any ideas? I do feel vindicated at least! Also glad I didn't pay despite bullying.

yes I read all that but now that Zenith themselves have admitted they fitted the wrong size windows does this make my contract void?

    No, it doesn't.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
