depends if its a parking charge notice, or a penalty charge notice, as twhitehousescat said earlier

INDIGO cannot issue a penalty charge notice, or in fact CANNOT enforce it

INDIGO can issue a parking charge notice and try to enforce it

the initial appeal is the blue text template

subsequent dispute letters are more like what you posted above, AFTER the initial blue text appeal has been made

complicated ? yes it is complicated, and INDIGO like to muddy the waters

once 6 months has passed , the penalty issue expires, so yes dates can matter , but if its railway land or airport land then POFA2012 dates do not apply

6 months is the deadline for a penalty notice

6 years is the deadline for court cases in england and wales

make of that info what you will
  • would it be helpful if someone emailed you the notice to review?

No. Not really. If you are finding this difficult to understand then as this is a penalty notice you are safe to ignore all their threats.

    Please can we stop now?

There are posters who need help on this forum and it's very busy.

Anyone with Indigo Penalties at railways, don't need any help, over and above the advice already given, which is already in the NEWBIES thread Q&A which specifically mentions these.

Same as here, no posts needed:

Honestly there is no need, forget it and ignore the letters.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
