Cannot find the PCN appeal letter template - sorry!

I have received a PCN letter from CPM for overstaying in a car park.
I have read the Newbies Thread and the FAQs and lots of other threads and gather that I need to send them a letter that there is a template on here for but I cannot find it anywhere. Sorry, I have really looked but there is so much information!
Can someone give me a direct link to the letter?

It's in the NEWBIES post 1, and is the only template there, and is in blue text.

That letter says for BPA or IPC members. I've seen the thread that says CPM are not actually members of either of these. Also they don't appear to have a website beyond the one they offer for payment which is "not secure".
EDITED TO SAY: I have found there is a form on a website that I can appeal through (still "not secure" though??).
Should I still go ahead even though they are not really members?

They are members of the IPC (since 01/10/2015), so forget your current line of thinking!

    Not on here you haven't.

As log as your scam PCN is from 'UK Car Park Management' read threads about UKCPM, not 'CPM'.

UKCPM sue people so you need to read UKCPM defence threads, not other stuff.

You do realise that UKCPM won't cancel - the appeal doesn't *work* and is not meant to.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, sorry I am getting really confused then.
The PCN is from UK Car Park Management. So I shouldn't send the appeal template letter to them?

Send it (simply copy and paste), but be aware that it won't result in a cancellation - you are simply showing that you have complied with 'process'.

But be aware that your case has a possibility of proceeding to a court claim, so prepare for that. The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 deals with how to handle if/when it occurs.

You are dealing with an IPC company

Appeals are futile and will be rejected

    All explained in the FAQ

    Send the appeal knowing this

Then ignore everything until you take lbcca or Court correspondence

Come back at that time for advice on how to defend this

Please, please, please stop skim-reading the NEWBIES thread.

    READ IT PROPERLY.

This is all explained there, please go there and read it tomorrow with fresh eyes.

  • Sorry, I am really trying to understand it. I have read it again (will not be easier tomorrow when my 8 kids are up!). I have submitted the template in the appeals box as explained and understand it will be rejected but I can later defend it once it is taken to court. Hope this is right.
[I really appreciate all the advice, but have to say as someone who has never looked into this before that it is very confusing and there is A LOT of information on here to try and understand].
