Bank not Adhering to the Visa Core Rules

Hi All

I have found out that a bank is not adhering to the Visa Core Rules. I want to take them to court regarding this. I have a solicitor involved who agrees with me. Anyone else come across this?

Give us a clue. What bit of the Visa Core Rules?

If you are just going to drip feed information then you will not get much help.

The bank have refused to carry out a chargeback when i have met every part of the reason code. They wont answer my questions and a ignoring all the information i have sent / send

I read the Visa Core Rules.

Some schools not back yet.
