    Are you fairly new to commuting ?

    After 25 years plus, I can tell you there is always something slowing Manchester down.

    The theory with roadworks is short term pain for long term gain although really its more like ongoing repeated pain to stop the infrastructure completely melting down. The gain is never clear cut.
