    You are either compliant with POFA or not compliant. There is no "getting around it". That notice doesn't even attempt compliance.
  • Apologies that my last question wasn't very clear. I'll try again, although this may not be any better!
    What I meant was that if the NTK did not actually originate from CP Plus, could the fact there is no reference to POFA still be relevant (since this was going to be relied upon as the main technicality to get the case thrown out, should it ever go as far as a POPLA appeal?)

    If they are not using Pofa there will be no need to refer to it,

    It will be irrelevant to your "case"

    There is no need for any forensic scrutiny of a CP Plus NTK. As I sald already:
    They cancel when they see the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread, because they can't hold registered keepers liable.
    You will have your cancellation this month.
